lol, this was the same response I read on HT when people posted pics of these ---- cars. I can't believe anybody in there right mind would say these cars look good. Just becuase they're gaydm doesn't make them cool. If I bondoed a surfboard to my front bumper, made 12 foot tailpipes in a heart shape and 10 foot wide fenders would I be cool?? ---- no, but if I was a little jap boy in Japan and did this It would be "mad tite jdm bozo style to the extreme" and every JDM fag in America would line up to give me handjobs. ::)

Let me take an american classic like a 70's Chevelle and run it against one of these rice rockets and we'll see who would own win. God Bless America

it's only that the cars WE (by we I mean the import scene) build are directly influenced by the cars you see in those pictures. a crazy ass 50's american car with 4 foot tall fins on the trunk are excessive too, but they are a part of what makes up the domestic cars built today. and you can't just say, "that thing is a piece of ----." because somebody in the 50's thought it looked good.

Re:mad tyt3 jaydee-em wh1p5 y0!!!!!!!!!!

I completely disagree. these cars influence me as much as van art in the 80's is influencing my car. All of my influences came from American cars cause thats what I looked at when I was growing up. Look at american styling in the 50's and 60's and they still look good today. the only american car that had an excessive wing was the superbee which was functional becuase it was designed to use in Nascar.

the only thing I see these cars contributing to is the body kit craze which is thankfully over. Basically what it comes down to is I look at a 50's style hot rod and I would drive it in a second. If somebody gave me one of these cars I think I would have to trailer it to the nearest cliff cause I would be too embarrased to be seen in that thing for the 5 minute drive.

And you can honestly say that bozo style looks better than these car?
