How much do LS rods usually go for used? I am building a Y8 cheap and I want 10 pounds everyday.

LS rods run anywhere from free to free plus cost of shipping.

D16 rods will hold "10 pounds" wtfever that has to do with anything. You'll have more problem with Y8 oil pump, and getting a good tune, than you will with stock rods.

Talk to AbaZ about the comment he dropped a few days back, about getting a SOHC to last longer than he does in the bed.

He also dropped a good one about changing out Y8 oil pumps every 15K.

You can run Z6, but will require you pin CKF to CKP if you want to pass OBD2 emissions at anytime in the future.
