hahaha...yeah, i know what you mean. when i was working as a network tech for a year, i gained like 10lbs. i was a bony *** little underweight ---- so it actually did me some good though...lol. but yeah you are right, my coworkers, my boss, and dudes from other companies that i met were almost all overweight. the funny thing is that all the "attic rats"(what we called dudes who pulled cable for us) were all skinny as hell from roasting in the attics during the summer here. actually, thats how i originally noticed the diet before it got big because all my coworkers were on it.

oh yeah, sorry if i offended anyone, but i really think this diet isn't safe longterm. i guess we are all entitled to our own opinions though...

it works thats why ppl do it, i have done it for a month and am gonna do it for another month. and im not complaining about eating non fried chicken wings, steaks, and salad all the time. i dont weigh myself everyday but i know i look better, gotta get in shape for bikini season. besides i do alot worse things for my body than deprive it of carbs.
