Looking for someone to make a bunch of modified AR-15 bolt catches
As the title says I'm looking for someone to make me a modified AR bolt catch. If it all works out well I'll hopefully need 100+ of them. Anyone have an idea of where I should go to get this done?
For reference. The modified ones will not be much more complicated than stock.

Re: Looking for someone to make a bunch of modified AR-15 bolt catches
are you adapting them to full auto or something?
I was under the assumption that you have to be a gunsmith or have certain permits to manufacture gun parts, but I could be mistaken. And depending on how you're trying to modify the gun it could be very illegal anyway.
Other than that just look in the yellow pages under machine shops, or gunsmiths if you have to go that route.
Does it require any special treatments such as hardening etc? The things you may want to do to the part after may affect your material choice.
