What am I not understanding? How full of ---- you are in just about EVERYTHING you post? No, I fully understand that.

Do you ever wonder why in just about every topic, YOU are the one argueing with multiple people and YOU are the one who THINKS he is right, even though YOU are the only one who thinks so? Did you ever wonder why that is?

96hp motor, yet it did soo ------- much with that 96hp, almost as famous as the ls. and i can vouch 100x over at the abilities of 22r(e) motor. just doesnt have enough power to kill itself

try pulling a boat with it. try pulling your jeep up a hill at highway speeds :P

they are good for wheeling because they are cheap peices of ---- and it doesn't matter if you bash it up.

lots of people put v6 and v8s in them. im talking specifically about the old 22r trucks. they don't get great gas mileage either

the 4x4 4.3l vortec s10s are better in everyway than every i4/v6 yota

as for lasting longer, s10s are just as much peices of ---- as a 22r yota.
i towed a 4500lb bonneville with my 22r, and had no problems pulling a 8% grade at 45mph. this was before my hg blew between oil and cyl.

i got 24-25mpg highway with 31" tires, worn out bushings all around. i put that truck 2ft in the air, bent three rims, drove home in 2" thick plastering of mud, drove over a tree, wrecked into a guardrail at 45mph, hit a deer, towed numerous other cars, put that thing in a 3ft wide rain gulley sideways, drove out. let's see your s10 take ---- like that and keep going.

BTW

22r yota 4x4 is rated at 20city 22hw mpg

sub 200hp
MY 4x4 '85 solid axle 22r yoda, non-efi was rated at 21/25mpg, and averaged out to 22 mixed driving, 24-25 highway, with 31" tires. when i had a bad hg i was getting 19/21-22.

it's right on federal emissions website, look it up, stop ------- making up numbers for the second time in one thread.

i believe ya dude!

the s10 gets the same mileage with almot triple the power

what are we arguing about again?

lots of idiots have beaten the ---- out of s10s, 22r yotas are peices of ---- and so are s10s. big deal. you just get lots more power for your dollar with the s10

you towed a car at 45mph. how ------- amazing was that supposed to be a "good" thing?
