Good for you.You are a excellent person to deal with from a business side so Im sure you will do well and find a loyal following of customers.You should install a pump selling 100+ octane.Is there gonna be datalogging kits on the shelf beside the twinkies?

This place has so much potential its sick. This station used to pump 100k gallons per month...4 years ago. Now it only does 42k per month. He sells nothing special and the store area is ratty and dingy. There are 4! bus stops, two are on each corner of the property so there are mega commuters going through in the morning.
So lots will be done...I cant wait, this is so friggen exciting!

I seriously get pissed when I have to get gas in Jersey cause you always have to wait for the dumb ------ to come and start filling your car up, than after its full you have to wait till he realizes it stopped pumping and than he has to drip gas on your car to remind you of his blackness.
