lol...I'm buying a civic for $50 :) (1988-1989 dx )
Okay so here is the deal.
I was over at a buddys house and I walk out back to shoot some ---- iwth my shotgun and what do I see... a ------ 88-89 ish Civic DX 4 door. I'm like, what the ----. So I pop the hood and I'm almost 100% sure it is dual point injection. it looked like this:
It was that same blue color. Well anyways there is a little bit of rust on it, and it still has good tires. barely any dents and all of that ----. I guess my buddy's dad sold it to a cousin or some ---- then it just stopped running (no spark) so im thinking it is just like water in the dizzy or something ------ simple like that.
i looked it up and im almost sure it is the d15b2 = dual point and in 88-89ish civics. So either i'll swap my old a6 head onto that block or go all out and get the z6 head and drop that bitch on there. I'd really like a car w/ vtec and then i can turbo it and have a hell of a time with it
and guess how much it will cost for the car?? damn right you read the topic. $50 Hell yeah. I could prolly sell it to someone on this board for $500 min. Or ebay it for a $1000.
I'll prolly end up just doing the z6 head then put a turbo on it. It should beable to push 150-160whp which is more than enough for that car.
I'm so excited. I'll have some pictures tomorrow probably.

Yeah. I could part the car for a ---- load. I have lots of honda parts laying all around so i will beable to have a running car for sure under $100.
My 91 CRX was $1000. I know I could sell this car easily for $2000+ w/ a z6 head + turbo kit.

Good deal. You can't beat a $50 car. I'd buy a car for $50 just to take out in the desert and blow up.
