here are some graphs and ---- ive found. it looks like they flucuate ALOT. but if they merge in October like other sites are saying, it might be a really really good idea to buy into them now, then when they merge buy out or stay in.

In my opinion, land/property is the best investment you could ever make. I wish I would have bought at least one piece of property at $6000 5 years ago. That same lot would sell for $60,000 today. Why was I so stupid? I talk to the lady at UPS all the time and she made ------- bank off lots she bought years ago. She sends her grandchildren through college with the money she makes off selling just one lot. I don't know how many she has left, but I'm sure she's well off. She just built a ------- mansion on a gigantic piece of property. I'm sure she also has profit sharing with UPS since she has worked there forever. Land is where it's at. They only go up in value, never down.

yeah, but you can't buy land for .0003 an acre land is definitely where it's at, but you have to have the money to spend to begin with and wait years for it to appreciate.

exactly. most people inherit the land or inherit money to invest in high dollar investments like that. sometimes they make money from investing in the stock market to make the money to invest in the land which they will make money on.

wow, that was kinda confusing.

I am gonna invest in this company. probably only like 100-200 bucks, but that will still buy me a half a million shares. i will double my money at the very least I think.

you are exactly correct. property is the same dam way though. at home, the ------ indians are taking all the land. so they just buy it for dirt cheap, beacause the govt says you have to. so people make no where what its worth. yeah they come out ahead, but they dont get whats its worth. so property can be a gamble to.
