wow i couldnt even make myself read all of that...i love how they are bashing a guy with a modded car for racing "basically stock" cars. So does that mean i cant race a stock Z0-6 with a turbo civic? lol like im suppposed to ask everyone their mods before i am allowed to race them...

See the way fans of a model go is by stages of maturity. In the begining of the civic fad People were so obnoxious and retarded about the capabitlity of a civic then we all grew older then 16 and relized what we were in this for. These kids will become a little less obnoxious as they get older. BTW this kid was argueing with me that there isnt a street legal honda that could beat his stage 3 srt4.. I peed on his car last night.

That being said, Domestic crap (neon/cavalier/sunflower) owners often forget who started the whole scene they are in right now, why you ask, well because when Honda first started it all in the 80's these guys werent even born yet.
The mid to late 80's Mugen Tuned CRX was the fastest street car in its class, sure it would get raped by american muscle but that would be like comparing a cessna to an F-22, Honda dominated the import scene and it all started from there.
So why did it take so long for Dodge to come up with a semi fast and reliable(if you can call it that) car like the SRT4? why are they trying to be like us? why cant they just stick to their own class and their V6's and V8's? Why dont these kids just buy a mustang? <-- Now there is a real car maybe not for the track but it does a great job of going straight...Hell it would probably outhandle the SRT4.
I am in no way knocking on domestics, I actually love old school domestics because I have alot of respect for these guys who restore/build and tune REAL american cars where you have a frame, engine, seat, ***...and several hundred horsepower at your foot...nothing can and will substitute that, not even an SRT4.

dodge has had 4banger turbo cars out since the early 80s
? with a whole line of perfromance parts for them... but oh yea honda started everything over here in our country!!!!!
