I know that the 92-00 civics came with OEM lips. Mine is taken off b/c it got fucked up and was just falling off.

ok listen carefully. I said, "I didn't say that you said they had a lip." What that means is: I never stated that you ever said that the civic comes with a rear lip. Hopefully that clears it up for you.
