I have a set on my civic, and they seem to correct my camber problem, my wheels looked crooked before I installed them now they looked strait.

nope! just my eyes, it looks perfect, and my tires worn evenly now.

so, since im not going any lower than the 1/2" i am at now i shouldnt put those lower control arms on cause then i will have positive camber problems. right?

depends how bad your 'problem' is. contact the maker and ask them if they are adjustable or not. if they are, ten get them and take your car to a place that can do alignments and have them get it straight. make sure they know you have control arms that allow for camber correction.
