For the most part that's true. But that's a large sum of money that i'm not willing to risk, i'm sure you wouldn't either. But also, he only has 8 feedback on ebay, changed name in the last 30 days, tried to sell the kit for $900 to the non winning bidder. So obviously he's a scammer in this case.

But i do see what you are saying though.

notice how all his ebay feedback is from sellers, meaning that he didn't sell anything, just bidding. I wouldn't trust that, especially being only 8 even if it is 100%.

Just leave him negative feedback as well, make sure to call him a blantant scammer

When Im buying something on ebay, if it says like 98%+ I wont even read the feedback, but if its under 95% Ill just check out what the negatives were, people will see your commment and you can reply to his negative on you (if he even does one) calling him a scammer as well

Just tell him youre defientely picking it up and refuse to pay for shipping, ebay will take your side

This means that he is a scammer? I do not see how this labels him as a scammer. It should make buyers more skeptical, yes. When I first started selling things on ebay I had a feedback rating of 0. Am I a scammer? I've changed my name before because I got a new email address when I moved and I wanted my ebay name close to my email address. Am I a scammer? I've offered things to second bidders before for cheaper than their bid cause I just want to get rid of it. Am I a scammer? I'm not defending anyone here so don't ---- on me. Also, I have a reputable name selling things on here and all over the net so don't assume that I condone scamming either. I'm just saying that you shouldn't accuse until you know for sure. And obviously you don't want to find out the hard way by losing your money. IMO there is nothing to bitch about here cause you haven't been scammed as the title of your thread implies.
