is there anywhere that i can read my real rights for this situation? like a wikipedia of legal ----?

There are forums for free legal advice, but you'll have to google them because I don't remember the addresses.

Just be advised that you probably won't get much of a response without using correct grammar and writing coherent sentences. If you portray yourself as an idiot, I doubt they're going to believe your story.

If it truly wasn't yours, quit hanging around dumbasses that will get you in trouble. It sounds like it WAS yours and you're just trying to keep your *** from getting pounded.

There's a right and wrong way to deal with drugs. Driving around with a bunch of idiots, carrying that much on you, and doing something to get yourself pulled over is not the right way.

They dont have to tell you ---- but "You're going to jail" you had coke dude. its a given.

They have to PROVE its yours in order for it to be a case. so in other words you should be like coke no way really? and thats the exent of it. say nothing with out a lawyer.

Get a ------ lawyer. I had a VERY similar situtaion 6 years ago with guns/4X the amount of blow. I got off with a suspended sentence and no felony. Not saying you'll get the same, just that lawyers have a way sometimes of finding loopholes/cashing in favors with the prosecutor. I don't care if you have to sell your *** on main street, get money and get a ------ lawyer.

I live in Alabama, but am not a redneck. I drive a honduh, but am not a ricer. I like orange chicken, but don't like ZCs. I occasionally do drugs, but am not ignorant druggy scum, and don't appreciate being called one.

ARD accelerated rehabilitation disposition or something like that. it lets you work off your 'oh ----, i got caught' with no leniancy in punishment towards you. but when your ARD is completed to satisfaction of your PO, it goes on your record that charges were filed and dropped, basically.
