Well i guess public defenders are worthless after all, basically a motion to supress means that you would supress any evidence that you think was obtained illegally which may affect the outcome of your trial verdict.

Since your license was suspended and this is not your first offense I am sure the judge will overlook the actual reason you were pulled over, plus if they actually make the cop testify he will probably say that he thought you looked suspicious or someshit and thus give the defective tail light as probable cause.

Best bet would be to get a real lawyer or just go talk to the procecuting attorney and see if he will work with you on the fines, trust me i had been busted for dui and posession a number of times and not once did they give a ---- as to why the officer actually pulled me over, they don't care anyway the whole thing is a big source of revenue.

Write the dept of assigned council a letter stating your PD is not adequatley representing you, and you wish to be re-assigned to a new one. this will also get you another month of continuance, and the ----------er WILL be yelled at by his boss. You also need to talk the judge while your standing in the courtroom with the Public pretender and say "Judge, if I had known he wasnt doing his job, i would have told him to do it."

send you letter certified so they cant say they didnt get it. do it quick

No. Thats not my deal, i've had alot of friends that didin't have tabs of green. i told you what i got busted for, the other smaller ---- was for a dine and dash when i was smashed (didint even know i had a warrent until i got picked up) and didint remember... lol.. and then 2 street racing and the rest where all to due with my retaliation against the ------s that robbed my house
