STOP BREAKIN THE LAW -------














i know i know
well last time i went to jail it was for driving with suspended license second offense and driving without third offense, i was looking at doing 60 days and i got out on bond, i pleaded not guilty becouse i was wrongfully pulled over. the cop said " i had a broken tail light with with light showing threw the tape" which i knew was b.s. because pissnuts checked the tail lights before we left to make sure they worked properly and looked legit, after we got the car out we checked the tail light and there is no white illuminating through the red tape, this whole thats taped is like the size of a quarter, i told my public defender it was boogus and i wanted to fight it and he said alright we will just file a motion of supress, he told me this when i was still in jail, well he calls me monday morning to say i have court today at 11 a.m. to file for the supress and the judge denied it becouse my pd waited to file it till too late you have to do it 10 days before the trial date, he asked the judge to accept it becouse i shouldnt suffer becouse his office made a mistake, so now i'm prolly ganna get the shaft cause me pd sucks and i prolly cant change one cause its to late

In my eyes, you shouldnt have been ------- driving. End of story plain on simple. If you where not driving, you wouldnt have gotten pulled over.

BTW you dumbass, if you would have bought a real lawyer, you might have had a chance, shame on you for thinking a public pretender can do ---- for you. I spent over 10K on a lawyer, and instead of jail for 1+yr, i got 47 days.

Well look at it this way.. Sit in jail for a year or longer, or make the money and pay your lawyer, And still be able to do the daily things like take a ---- and talk on the phone.

what ive learned in the last couple years, is you dont want to be in the court system at all because all there setup to do is screw you over unless you do exactly everything right, lawyers is a great advantage on the legal system, but you have to get the right one willing to work with you and on your case giving it full attention(not some dimwit that doesnt remember till court or after the tenth time you call him), and sometimes that means paying him 10k, i paid mine 2800$ and feel like i should of only paid 800$ for the ---- he did. oh well i got out of a felony and jail time i guess so whatever. i still did tons of community service and other ----. i know everyones telling you that you shouldnt of been driving. but i bet most of the people on this site would still drive if they lost there license after awhile. driving/cars is why we are on this site its what we love. and not only that but we drive everyday. ---- a couch nigga,take about ten showers,and eat a turkey before court and you should be good. good luck though

Not under 50cc. It's the same as a moped.

edit: I just looked up the law, you can only go 30mph on a moped otherwise it's a motorcycle, which I would say is bullshit. If you can make a 50cc (or an 88 in disguise) go 65mph more power to you.

I love the "you shouldn't be driving" comments.

Ok picture this: You live on your own, pay for all your own ----, and your own bills. You get pulled over and fined hundreds of dollars that you don't have. How do you get the money? You drive your ass to work. "Get a ride" is one thing i've heard...how many people do you know that would happily get up early as ---- in the morning, drive you 20-40 minutes to work, then pick you up again later? How many people do you know that don't work? "Use public transportation" I've heard as well. In a lot of places around here there isn't public transportation (unless you feel like spending most of what you earn in a day).

My parents don't give me money and the only time I've asked is when I would have had to sit in jail if I didn't pay (and parents still said no). Last time my license was reinstated, it was suspended soon after because when dipshit totaled my rex, apt was robbed, had to pay over 500 to get cars outta impound, buy another car, and drop over a grand on the new place, as well as other living expenses...so didn't have money for court and lost the license again.

Past couple years i've spent most of my driving time on a suspended license and revoked tag. I need to pay another 700-800 just to legally drive again.

Except the accident where I was forced to get a no insurance ticket, even though it wasn't my fault, I've been able to avoid any more tickets since march.

Best bet would be to follow the rules :-P Instead of averaging 10-20 above the speed limit, I stay 5 and might go 10 over on the interstate if that's the speed traffic is going. I wear my seatbelt, and have uhh...homemade tags on my plate until I have about 800 I can throw away.

Well then your a complete idiot. I make WAY more then 10K a year. I would have gotten around 450 days. I had 2 felony accounts and 5 misdemeanors. Now i have no felony's on my record and only 2 misdemeanors. I couldn't have gotten my longshore job with 2 felony's on my record so it was more then worth it. You can look at it like a typical idiot and say you'd spend your time, get out and go back to working a shitty minumum wage job because you have a felony on your record and keep up at being a complete ------ to society. While I did what i could spent the money that i had to, have no felony's and got a job over 100K a year. You and Ososlo can keep going slow while i have money to spend on whatever, including a house.


Oh and btw, whats the longest you've spent in jail?

No, someone robbed my house, found out who it was, and took out my revenge. Malicious mischef was one of the felony's and then a breaking and entering/robery because i went and took all my ---- back + some

both of those got dropped

The malicious mischef was because i cut the guys car in half right infront of his house.

Well i guess public defenders are worthless after all, basically a motion to supress means that you would supress any evidence that you think was obtained illegally which may affect the outcome of your trial verdict.

Since your license was suspended and this is not your first offense I am sure the judge will overlook the actual reason you were pulled over, plus if they actually make the cop testify he will probably say that he thought you looked suspicious or someshit and thus give the defective tail light as probable cause.

Best bet would be to get a real lawyer or just go talk to the procecuting attorney and see if he will work with you on the fines, trust me i had been busted for dui and posession a number of times and not once did they give a ---- as to why the officer actually pulled me over, they don't care anyway the whole thing is a big source of revenue.

Write the dept of assigned council a letter stating your PD is not adequatley representing you, and you wish to be re-assigned to a new one. this will also get you another month of continuance, and the ----------er WILL be yelled at by his boss. You also need to talk the judge while your standing in the courtroom with the Public pretender and say "Judge, if I had known he wasnt doing his job, i would have told him to do it."

send you letter certified so they cant say they didnt get it. do it quick

No. Thats not my deal, i've had alot of friends that didin't have tabs of green. i told you what i got busted for, the other smaller ---- was for a dine and dash when i was smashed (didint even know i had a warrent until i got picked up) and didint remember... lol.. and then 2 street racing and the rest where all to due with my retaliation against the ------s that robbed my house
