there`s nothing else inside the pump can cause a leak.
did you:
1) COMPLETELY scrape out the old sealent when you put the new pump on?
2)is the drown pins on?
3)did u use the o-ring?
4)did u use silicon when you put it back?
5)did u tighten it down correctly? (apprently you did not :P)

if ur missing one bolt it might have wrapped or something who knows.
