that's what i was thinking..but with stock ZC DOHC engine, how do i do that? i want boost it stock engine since ppl here stay that a stock engine can get boosted because it will blow as soon as you start it up.

Vitaras are slightly undersized, yes.

I'd go 0.0035"-0.004" piston to wall clearance, at 200-225 whp it should do a good job staying cool. You can do it with stock pistons, but Vitaras + small turbo that spools quick is a very safe route to go.
