btw, do you guys think i can runing if i boost this car reliable? im looking for 180-190hp with T28 Nissan Garret turbo :1 i know tuning is all blablalal but what do u think?

Make sure you have extra piston-to-wall and ring-end gap clearance. If you roadrace or auto-x a car where those parts get hot and stay hot and expand... they need to have extra space to expand into. Otherwise the piston gets hot and starts sticking in the bore = engine death.

that's what i was thinking..but with stock ZC DOHC engine, how do i do that? i want boost it stock engine since ppl here stay that a stock engine can get boosted because it will blow as soon as you start it up. :3

Vitaras are slightly undersized, yes.

I'd go 0.0035"-0.004" piston to wall clearance, at 200-225 whp it should do a good job staying cool. You can do it with stock pistons, but Vitaras + small turbo that spools quick is a very safe route to go.
