As it is right now, everyone is responsible for getting themselves there, and taking care of thier hotel stuff. I wish we could get a general location nailed down so that we'll be somewhat close.
Craig is looking into some potential activities. I figure we'll set a meeting time and a meeting place on Friday evening, and Saturday noonish. We're going to try to get one fun activity option going for each of these meeting times. At the time of the meetings, each person can then decide wether they will go along with the event planned, or make different plans with whoever else.
I think this general plan will be good to have everyone meet at one location, but also give the option of something to do if you don't already have anything planned. Some people just love to sit and throw their money into a machine and watch the flashing lights, and some people can't stand that ----. So it will be up to you.
