if i was going to buy an expensive sports car id just want to get somthing that performs well. if i had the money id deffinatly get a c6 z06 over everything else. it looks good. its practicle enough for daily driving. and you can take it to the track and rip an 11. I mean hell, what else do you want out of a factory car. killling ferraris and lambos for less than the price of a lexus.

the most gas i have ever got in my tank was 13.4 gallons, the tank is supposed to be 15.4
330 / 13.4 = 24.6mpg thats with doin about 10 1st to 3rd pulls half city half highway drivin of course this isnt exact, i might have been able to go farther, but risk running out LOLl, but not too shabby if i do say so myself |

that's not too shabby at all. You get like double what I get. Funny thing with my car is, whether I drive easy and conservative or fast and reckless, I pretty much get the same miles per tank. I experimented a few times, and in the end I was getting about the same mileage. Really sucks man, I was tryin to save some loot and the mugger said ---- no. Oh well.

i did a little homework for ya guys. heres a link to the specs right from chevrolet. http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette/specifications/ epa rates it at 26 mpg on highway and 16 on the city. not too shabby for a 427 smallblock. lingenfelter already has a tt setup and it pumps out 1,000 hp heres the links to the dyno http://www.lingenfelter.com/C620054271038hp320.mpg

anyone see that video of the blue vette in some exotic car event that races and beats all the farraris and lambos? only mods were exhaust, he beat all the cars he raced cept for a porche. there was even a enzo there.

ummm. did anyone notice that the Lamborghini Gallardo stayed with the c06 the whole time? and then it started gaining up on the vette? and then the dude on the camera moves it so you cant see the mirror that shows the Gallardo bout to pass both there asses?
the vette had a headstart. and they both went for it. and the gallardo caught up so quickly.. and then it looked like the gallardo was toying with the vette by just staying with it. then when the gallardo went for it to pass the vette. the camera guy moves the camera. then shuts its off. so if you think that that vette beat the lamborghini. watch that video. look at the gallardo through the mirror. 2 cars back. pull up to the vette. and stay with him just to ---- him. if its a race. with thease two VERY kick ass cars. why the ---- would he edit the video to make it cut off? or if the video isnt edited. and he really was beating a vette. why wouldnt he keep filming? all in all. its point of view manipulation. vette gets a head start. lambo catches up in a blink of an eye. lambo eases off to toy with the vette. lambo comes in for the pass. and the camera goes off. |

Lamborghini Power 500.0 BHP @ 8,000.0 RPM Torque 376.0 Ft-Lbs @ 4,500.0 RPM 12.2 1/4th mile (even with the m4d tyt3 all wheel drive launch) Curb Weight MT 3153 5 liter v10 c6 c06 505/377 @ 6,300 rpm 470 lb.ft./ 637 @ 4,800 rpm 11.7 quarter mile curb weight of 3130 7 liter v8 the vette weighs less, is more powerfull, and is faster bottom line. |

My car got 19mpg at its best, mostly highway and me barely touching the gas. On weekends I get about 14mpg. Your getting better gas mileage than my integra and your car has 3 times the motor and 600 pounds heavier |
