I lived there for 3 years and never got a ticket. Like Pete said, they can have all the fake palm trees with radar guns that they want, but if there are no plates on the car, how will they prove it's him? Take a picture of his face? I bet that'd just be a big blur at 200mph.

I'm not sure which dimension of reality you people live in but here are the facts: He broke the law, filmed it and the AZ DPS have found and identified him. The Great state of Arizona is going to come down on him like the ban hammer on mycrx.
Any further discussion of this guy "getting away" is pure delusion.
