Eh, Miatas require stupid safety equipment to just be able to run a 17 second automatic transmission car.

However, the local 1/8th mile outlaw track allows the passenger of what has proven to be a 10.4@142 CRX to go down their track with no helmet and an open pint of bourbon between his legs. Seriously, come visit. :)

Sad LACR will be gone shortly. Lots of good times there and the borth of import racing regardless of what people want to say. BOTI started there

Well i dont live in so cal anymore and dont on plan on ever going back so I have plenty of tracks up in the north sac and redding are open every weekend. Just lacr was the one place in so cal that always was open and for a couple bucks was good fun for everyone plus it was like the only thing us poor ass white trash kids from the high desert had that was actually worth giving a damn about.

holy ---- that was you guys... when we were lined up I was questioning whether you were the guys chris was taking about, but I would have called that a LIGHT bliue crx. You might have seen me in the lines, 6 footish dark skinny asian guy chillin' around this hatch [p.s. we ran in the PRO class... haha... no it's not a Pro class car]

Yeah, you didnt see the HMT stickers on my car? lol some ppl would walk by and say HMT under their breath. lol. We had the sign hung up on one of our trailers. ohwell. We were parked on the far back fence closest to the main highway. DHR was a couple cars down from us.
