The car is being built and turboed to sell. It's worth nothing right now...

I just got the rear assembly and proportioning valve from a 91 CRX Si. The DSPO put on HP racing coilovers. The spring rates are retarded high. 450lb/in and 350 in the back.

I'm looking for a cheap brake upgrade for the front and a cheap way to upgrade the suspension. Are there any other discs that will just go on the front like integra or something? I don't mind machining adaptors to mount the calipers.

Now for suspension. Someone gave me some brand new integra (91 I think) struts and springs. I'd like to move the 350's from the back to the front but I'd need some 200-300lb springs for the rear otherwise the car is going to understeer like a bitch. Any suggestions? Are the integra springs stiff enough to give really good handling?

90-91 Civic EX brakes. You will need the knuckles as well.

also try 89 Prelude Si Master brake cyl.

isnt it a better idea to put the 350 springs in the front and 450s in the back, im gonna be changing to coilovers and thats what ill be doing so i can get a bit better traction during launches.

anybody agree with what im saying?

have u dont ---- swap? i measured some 91 ex brakes against my 89 si brakes and they where the same. is it the disc or calipers that are bigger?

That's what I plan on doing with my 88 si. I picked up some Brembo cross drilled slotted 11.1" Prelude rotors... I think It'll stop quick enough.

I drive my car on the streets. 450/350 is more like road racing springs but the stock struts are still in there, driving a pogostick. I need more compliance but not at the cost of handling. So slightly lighter springs and hopefully the integra parts will give me more dampning. 350f/450r would to make the car seesaw over bumps as it would cause the rear to return from a compression too quick. It will be hell to ride and would likely give your car a bias toward oversteer in mid corner.

i belive the 92-95 civic EX front brakes are the same size as the del Sol VTEC ones adn will notfit in anything smaller than a 14inch rim. i think there 11.5's if i remember right.
