Just thought i'd let you all know....
This is the e-mail I got (keeping last names confidential):
TO: Abdulla S*****, Kevin P****, Andrew B***, Brandon M******, Kevin R*** You have all been identified as victims of Nathan Temple in an internet fraud. I have received your complaints from the Internet Crime Complaint Center and have opened an investigation. I have made several attempts to contact Temple. He is still in the area and I will be interviewing him soon. I will update you regarding the investigation as soon as I know more. If you know of anymore victims, have them to file a complaint with the IFCC. Because of the large geographic area involved and several jurisdictional issues I am going to find out if the U.S. Department of Justice Attorneys will file federal charges against Temple. odds are he wont spend any time in jail, and if he does it'll be for a month or so. he'll probably get probation and ordered to pay everyone back with interest.

oh, and the website is www.ifccfbi.gov, but it seems as though there has to be NUMEROUS complaints about the same person. I filed a complaint about 5 months ago and thought nothing was going to come of it.

thats ------ awesome! i'm glade you guys are on your way to gettin your money back. and hopefully he gets a hefty fine, jail time, ---- even community service would be nice... anything that would let him know not to ---- with people's integrity and take there hard earned money.

That is awsome that something is finally getting done.
I filed with that site a while back but they said that with only one person reporting someone they couldn't spend a lot of time looking into it. Most people get away because they don't use the same name twice. Luckily Nathan used his name for all your transactions. Hell Henry, you should file for the ---- he owes you too. No reason not to now that they have decided to investigate it. |
