Thats a really nice house. My aunt and uncle live in a similar type of neighborhood and its awsome. Everbody is really friendly. If I remember tho, the place was filled with old people; but that might be just becuase its in florida. Anyways, better start brushing up on your golf game ;)

It gets cold there in the winter.It gets down to 20* and it snows there once in a while.Remember that our winters here in Cali consist of 60* weather :P

the day you get there you need to have a big house warming party with one of those whole pig mexican barbeques and the loudest mariachi music you can find. oh, and put a few of them plastic pink flamingos in your lawn for the first week you are there, just to throw them off.

Damn that's nice, texas doesn't sound like a bad idea anymore. Crap I went to go pick up a part in mission viejo and house was like half that size and a 1/10th of your lawn for 900k.

I wanna buy a house. :'(

He kinda freaks out when my wife starts paking his toys.She decided it will be that last thing she packs.Hes only 3 so he wont really remember the move.

I have a 50" bigscreen that will go in the "media room" upstairs.In gonna hook that room up with surround sound and the whole ----.Thast also where my pinball machine and maybe a pool table will go.....man this is fun.I cant waite.The move is in 1 1/2 weeks!

Enjoy texas its a great place to live. The weather is all crazy there at the moment though its been flooding bad and been very cool temperature wise. Thats very wierd its usally bout 100 everyday in july and they are usally having a drought

Im an electrician and Im mexican.Being Mexican means that I can also do :
1-drywall
2-sprinkler systems
3-a littl bit of block/brick work
4-pour and finish concrete pads
5-build BBQs
and In now just mastering welding so Ive got quite a few options of how to earn a living :P.

No but seriousely I think I might go into buisness for myself.Once I get my electicians license in Texas that is ;)

I can get to texas in 30 minutes from where I'm sitting now, I can cross texas in 20 hours from where I'm sitting now, texas is a huge ass place.

No really.Ive looked around and commercial journeyman make $18.50 max.Im gonna take up one of those jobs for maybe a year or so.I need to get with a companny that offers health benefits couse were trying to have another kid.

my brother and I always tell my dad that we're union whenever we take a break or we're being lazy. all unions are really good for are having strikes and contributing to inflation.

If my company(that I work for) can aford to pay me $31.50 an hour why shouldnt they?What should I settle for $20 knowing that the only ones that will profit from my hard work is them?
