BigJ you seem to be all about these twin turbo 350z.. you realize there is one kit out for it and the cost is $6000. Also with the high compression of the Z they can only run very limited boost. It would cost a ton of money to get 650whp from one. You also realize that a true muscle car in good shape only cost about $10k. Thats about $18k less than the z stock. Then add your $20 to make your hp numbers. Put that money into the muscle car and it will handle un real. Have you ever heard of something called a G machine? Well if not is a classic mucsle car build for road racing and handling. They make huge hp, have giant brakes and handle with the best of them.

todd is correct. i believe the chassisworks g machine front end is about 3500 dollars.



btw the compression in my sb400 is 11.7:1
which is not very radical at all. 500hp 510ft-lbs of tourqe... 11.7:1 compression....

s2000 is 11:1 i believe.

The movie was ok. I can tell you it was better than the first one, because they never said anything about them being 10 second cars. It was still ricey but somewhat better than the first one. my .02 cents

Downloaded it and watched it last night. I wasn't really impressed and at the end I was saying to myself "Is that it?" I thought the problem with the first movie was it didn't have enough races in it. The second movie had a little more action. One thing that bothered me is that every time they race they show a closeup of the tach almost maxed out and then they driver ends up shifting down to pass the other guy. WTF? Do all these movie cars have like 20,000 rpm redlines? Another thing that was getting on my nerves is all the talk about NOS. Paul Walker was kind of boring too and I really think he should have banged that one chic because he was staring at her the whole movie.

I also hate it when people pick apart movies and compare it to real life cars and ---- like that. I hate it when I pick apart movies too so I try and not do it while I am watching it at least. If movies weren't fake and over the top nobody would watch them because they would be boring as hell.
