just random shit, anybody try roids?
 
so ive been lifting for a couple of years and I really haven't made much progress this last year. Im about 6', 170-175lbs and around 10% body fat, Im strong but I still look skinny for my height.anyway I see all these kids at my gym make more progress in a couple of months than I have all year, anyway I see everybody jucing around me and Ive been thinking/reading about it. anybody have any experiences/advice. oh im in my mid 20's

Do a search in the GD. Hotrex and some other roiders on here have made at least half a dozen threads about this ----.

If you aren't gaining weight you aren't eating enough, if you don't eat enough steroids arent' going to help you.

I'm in the same situation and I will never take this ----! If you want to gain mass, eat more. There's no secret! If you want to die fast, or be steril take it ;)

Ive been eating more... a lot more im averaging 300 grams of protein and its turning into fat... think i hit my genetic limit to make reasonable gains... anyway so lets say I hypothetical wanted to look up sources, can somebody PM me a good website, thanks HMT i know u'll come through

6ft, 170-175pds?? Ur just missing one thing really...a beer belly. DRINK MORE BEER!!!! But really that's what size I was in my mid 20's...I've gained a lil weight, I'm at 185-190 and I'll be 29 in June. As long as you're strong I wouldn't worry about it. I did pull ups everyday to build up my upper body, that's where you need to be swoll at anyway. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T try steroids. Your nuts will shrink.

Be careful, I'm not an expert, but anything that causes your muscles to grow abnormally fast will also increase your heart muscle. Once your heart gets to strong(large) it doesn't pump effectively and you can get angina, or worse a MI.

bodybuilding.com they have forums to tell you everything you need to know. They sell plenty of designer steroids. Make sure you get good pct (post cycle treatment) before you start tamixofan citrate, clomid, nolvadex. you have a lot of reading to do if you want your cock to work when its all said and done.

yea go to bodybuilding.com and read up on nutrition and routines because your obviously doing something wrong, I have been a scrawny 5ft 10" 140-150 lbs my whole life but after two months i am already at 185, its not just how much you eat, its how often and what your eating + what you are doing in the gym.

I read that if you take steriods before hitting your natural peak you will never be able to make any gains in the future without using steroids and its not recommended.

What did I do to gain muscle mass and get big. I was 140 in high school now 210. I use cylinder heads has my curl bar and bench press transmissions.



I recommend orange chicken,7up and cookies. Worked for me

Go for maxing out your weight and ---- reps if you want to get big and strong. Get that ---- to where 5 reps of a weight burns you and do a few sets. Then let that ---- be sore for a day or two and wail on it again. Also try a PT pyramid if you're going for upper body strength and endurance: http://www.stewsmith.com/linkpages/ptpyramid.htm I've heard of great results coming from the PT upper body pyramid, like walking around flexed for 3 days afterwards.

juice it, just do it smart.

proper dosage stepping and PCT and drink lots of cranberry juice.

and make sure you have a steady piece of tail, otherwise youll ------ cramp your hand before you even hit the weights.

Everyone has different opinions because everyone is different. Heres what I would do if I wanted to go all out to gain weight (I'm 6ft and have high metabolism)

I would try very hard to not chase weight like a total noob (except for when moving up quick the first month). Id move up weight only when confident in doing so (usually about 2 weeks) and keep track fairly well. Pound a drink of muscle milk (damn good tasting high protein calorie drink) in the morning between breakfast and lunch. Then later on pound another within 30mins after working out along with high protein snacks throughout the day. Then another muscle milk before going to sleep. Only one lifting group per week (ample time to recover) AND Id quit smoking to help slow metabolism a little more AND let myself get hungry between meals but eat bigger meals. This helps slow metabolism as well... Heavy/hardest lifts always first. Low reps, whatever weight I can do 8, then add more for 6, then add more and barely get 4. Id also limit cardio to like 30mins a day tops, unless I was eating hella calories to make up for it. I dont like cardio much anyways so who cares

You gotta figure out what works for you... Id do that before doing drugs ::)

if you say youve been lifting for years you prolly now whats works for you but i would really suggest trying something different like diet or work out plan like these other guys are saying. i think the risk from things that could go bad really out way the benefits of the juice. but i hear ya im 6' 160 and have a really hard time gainging weight no matter how much i lift/eat

there are certain eating habits that will help you gain weight the right way and in a healthy way. search the net for this ----....also look into weight gaining suppliments. i can't think of any off the top of my head, but there are some good ones out there

Look up the Gracie diet. It focuses on eating fresh fruits and vegetables and proteins and unrefined pastas while avoiding vinegars and fermented things. It also has food groupings and ----. The best thing from that diet is drinking a tall glass of water before bed and when you get up. Water owns. Someday you might have Rickson's physique... but you probably just want to be a big meathead fucker like hotsex so go do some roids and bench 500lbs.

If you're lifting consistantly and not gaining any real results, you need to change up your routine. I would meet with a Personal Trainer and see what they can offer you. When i did this, my trainer completely changed my workout routine and added a few odd workouts like curling two different weights and so forth. He also suggested more Olympic style weight lifting and a lot of compound lifts. I started taking a Casein Protein drink at the same time and I packed on about 6lbs in 4 weeks. It isn't a ton, but it was a hell of a start. I think you've probably just plateau'd and need a change...

Steriods will help for a short while, but eventually your body becomes used to the amount you inject and will therefore stop producing testosterone naturally. This means you'll have to up the doses and eventually your body wont make much if any testosterone. When you quit (which you will have to at some point) you'll be like Man Boobs on fight club. You'll actually make a lot of backward progress and become a lot less manly. There are always downsides to the shortcut because it there weren't, it would be the route everyone takes. Steroids are banned for a reason...

Stop being a -----. Lift harder, or change up your routine, try some new things. Roids are for fags.
