This just in... Hotoff the press...
Louis Farrakhan and the mayor of NO say white people blew up the levis so the black part of new orleans would be demolished. Louis Farrakhan was told this by the white devil on the wheel above the earth.
Also, the 2000 dollar debit cards issued to the displaced victims, have been used to buy louie baton handbags, designer luggage, alchohol, designer cloths, BREAST IMPLANTS, trips to strip clubs, lap dancers... ext...

but most importantly GOVERNMENT waste. im glad my tax dollars are going to some cracked out poor nogs breasts.
