Just got a new Job!!!!!!!!
 

I just got a new job, doing the same thing, land survey drafting, but for 2.50 more an hour. Going to get $17/hr, more than what my supervisor is making now at this job. Just took the drug test yesterday, and as soon as the results are in, if I pass O0, then I'm in. I'm pretty excited, more money=more parts ;D ;D. I should be there in a little over 2 weeks.







P.S. I will pass the drug test, I don't do any......... 8) 8)

Just be careful man, I been on sites where land surveyers get hit by carless drivers :-\ But thats a good job tho, do you have an engineering degree?

Yeah the guys in the field are in the line of fire, in Florida there's panthers, bears, snakes, gators and bad drivers. I hear stories about it everyday. Last week one of the guys here killed a rattlesnake, about 3 feet long one inch around. He cut off its head and 3 hours later when he showed it to me, the bitch was still moving, without a head. I only got out sometimes to the field, I'm the guy that draws up the plans, blueprints.

One time I was working in the field, the woods of florida, and I look down to the sand and see footprints, like a cat's print but these where like 3 inches wide. Needless to say, I got out of there quick!!!!!

Yeah the intercooler is on the way!!!!!

I have a relative who does that surveying stuff. she makes real good money. + benifits.

i would consider doing it. plus, she works by herself and pretty much makes her own hours...i would like a job like that.

best way to pass a piss test is get "sure-gel" it's in the grocery store (by the jello stuff) drink it with a gallon of water(taste's real bad....but it's worth it) and it will mask your system (not flush) and you will pass (i've done it many times ;D)

There is a good guy on the rotary forums that owns a land survey business in florida. He says that lots of people chase him and his employees off land with weapons because they think they own the land. lol... that shits wack! :-p
