Just got into an accident
Just got into a accident in the maxima, rear ended by a 04 Lexus es330 :l
it happened after i came to a complete stop, within a second or so it felt like my car was hit by a rocket or something LOL apprently he didn`t even step on the brake when it happened, he was going 40 ish, his car was completely fucked up, hood was crooked and stand half way up the windshield, the front looks like he was slamming right into a wall :1 my car looked alright , crooked trunk/bumper, part of the trunk looks like it was "folded" up a little bit, quarter panal in-dented a little by the force. crooked muffler/spare tire well. all doors works fine tho. But what i am worring about the most is that if my car can become a total lost. :8 . With the cash i will be getting i should be able to buy a 5 speed then boost it right the way without having to spend the extra dollars to make it manual. The whole tail looks like it was shifted to the right side a little :-X i hope it doesn`t get fixed. either way i took the freeway home right after the accident and blast to 3 digit. the car felt comepletly normal other then the huge exhaust leak 8) |

no no shaking, i even had aligment doen yesterday and it drove exactly the same, i even took it up to 100+

it'll be fixed, kbb list's it as worth about 7.5k with the mileage on it which is under what those cars typicaly have by now, and i doubt it will cost even a third of that to fix it

i dont know if you can call that a total loss... maybe you should drive in reverse and slam into a wall a couple times to ---- ---- up even more

your lucky. at least youll get some money for your car. you need to go to the doctor and tell them your neck is hurting so you can get some therapy. youll get a massage every week for like 3 months for freeeee!!

As for personal injury, some people don't notice anything untill a few days pass by. First they just feel sore, then it gets worse. Not saying you should fake it but don't be quick to say that your alright.

i think the reason why you took only a couple pics is because you were in shock from the accident. From looks of it your neck will need health care immediatly. And get a damn hammer and go have fun with your car bfore the insurance company sees it. Make it a total loss.

LOL i am not in shock at all. i use to work in a car rental where acr gets ---- up and bumped/crashed every ------- week.
but the mom is in shock :l yea neck and ---- start hurting this morning and gets worst throught out the day :X. already went to the doctor and found a law office O0 |
