I just got back from Baltimore, Maryland. Went to the Preakness. It was an absolute rager. Had no clue til we got into town that it was just a giant party in the infield, I was pleasently suprised.

Here is the fucked thing though. Every time I saw a black guy standing on a corner he was pointing his hand at the ground like he was pointing out the ground to everyone. This made absolutely no sense to me. I never saw any white people doing it, so it isn't an east coast thing. WTF black people?

Nah didn't ---- anyone there, though I did see many random people getting ******** in the infield. That was funny, most of the chicks were a bunch of ugs.

LOL...I think you're talking about signaling for a "hack"(or a ride around the block)...basically someone will give you $5 for a ride up the block or whereever in the city(if they don't end up robbing you first, lol). never do it though, cause 99% of the people who hack are crack heads and will stick you! Bmore is a shithole, the inner harbor is okay, but if you wanna see slums, the city is the place to be.
