It looks like it is man. That guy has been known to change his names on ebay, also he is not the only one that can buy them, Probably made by some taiwan company and anyone could buy in quantities and sell. If it doesn't say it is made by some company, don't buyt it.

The OBX is similar but stranger and people wil actually point out it is an OBX on their auction. The OBX one is a little better, thicker tubing.
