The bottom line is that he's pointing out that the Tyrus intercoolers are cheaper than the CCA. The CCA may have better quality but they are more expensive. Its like anything, you pay for what you get. This is a cheaper intercooler than CCA but isn't as "nice."
Let's not turn this into a bitching match on which intercooler is better. Usually the more expensive intercooler is better quality, its all on what you can afford
