for what it is it should be faster, for those type of rear end gears, and a engine that makes that much power, and a car that is fullly setup for drag, and a trailor ----- car. 10.9 isnt impressive. if it did a 140 trap, then i'd be like, yeah, it has some speed in it. but i didnt even watch the video because its a repost. :P
