There already is...it's called a boot. The police put them on your car when you park somewhere illegally for an extended period of time. I don't know of anywhere that they sell them to the public, but they do exist. I'm sure you can find this sort of ---- on ebay though. *note* Having now paid attention to the link of the pictures I provided, I guess they sell these things on the net. Universalboot.com...how riveting. Put in all your info and get a price quote.

I was thinking about that but I've seen people bust those ******* off with my own eyes. I didn't know the general public could get them though...thought it was just cops. You could probably try taking off the tie rods or something like that, then they'd have a bitch of a time even getting it on a tow truck :P

You're right though, if somebody who knows what they're doing wants your car bad enough, they'll get it.

Another good way to catch a thief like that would be to leave the car running, doors unlocked, parking lights on, leave it there all night....and just wait in the hatch or trunk with your firearm of choice until some punkass decides to get in and try to drive.

Go Do that and see if you ever post again, i would think that leaving the car running and waiting in the trunk/hatch would be a bad idea when the car isnt moving... i dunno...

Even if he doesn't die from the exhaust he'll probably be in jail for the rest of his life for setting up a trap like that and killing someone. As much as the guy that gets in to steal it should be shot and killed, it's illegal and you will go to jail for it.
