to tow my CRX.
yeah, it isn't the greatest thing for MPG but its fun as hell to drive and its a full size truck with plenty of tq for towing. i wanted something boosted, as anything else just doesn't satisfy the addiction. initially i was looking at a frontier with the 3.0L S/c but the consumer ratings were poor and I'd rather tow w/ a full size. Got the L for $11k shipped with 75k miles.. seemed like a good deal.
I got an '86 CRX i need to rework the electrical on (sat in a field and mice got to it). once its running, i can retire the truck for weekends.
