JDM Shit ROCKS the sunfire :) *new fuel system done*

Thats right JDM is the ----....and even in a domestic car :o

Anywyas my new fuel system is up and running and working quite well. I first went for a test run with my 35# injectors still in and my air fuels were in the 11's all across the board. That was with the duty cycle turned down as low as it could go on the controller.

So I figured I'd swap in my stock injectors so the car ran better. Which it does, it runs much better. Although now I have some more tuning to do because it runs afr's in the 12's in the low rpm and in the 10's up near readline.

Regardless I'll tune with it some more, crank up the boost and hit the track on wednesday (weather permitting).

Here are some pics of the setup... Its a greddy Rebic III and simulaor. The injector its controlling is an msd 96# injector. Enjoy

Thats where the controller is mounted...and yes thats a glove holding it into position.

The pressure sensor and injector driver

The dropping register....yeah I dont know what the ---- this part does but apparantly its working :)

The injector holder with the msd 96# injector mounted. I bought the holder from atp turbo...its pretty slick.

The engine bay as it is now.....

Well thats all I have for you guys hopefully we can have some track times on wednesday with some more boost.

hmm how much boost are you gonna run now? You might need some kind of boost retard if youre going all out... which it looks you are. How much did the aux injector setup run you... Looks sick man nice work

Well since I cannot retard the timing I'll probably bump it up between 8 - 10 psi nothing more.

Sucks it would cost me another $420 for a msd programmable, I'll probalby buy one this summer.

As for this setup... the controller and simulator with all the sensors and harnesses was $275 and the other parts bumped it up to about $425 total. Yeah I know pricey but it was one of the few options I had.

Phew! :o That is one hell of a fuel setup. Must have been tricky to find.
