you get to cut a hole in your roof and then use a gasket to seal the glass in the roof. its a pain in the ass but doable.

weight savings? come on, have you ever picked up a windshield, like 25lbs... that probably weighs even more. I'd think our sheet metal roofs were lighter than that. I'd get one with it stock for rarity points, but I'd never make the conversion.

ive seen once a crx like that.
It was a limited f*%#$#ing expensive version. I remember he had a b16a1 and i killed him with my d16a9 crx NA tuned ;D but hes crx looked much better BUY IT GUYS ITS A ONE IN A LIFE TIME OPORTUNITY |

what is this honda-tech with all the JDM love. I personally think it sucks. If i saw a fucker with that i would just be tempted to hit it with a sledge. Also, in the rain it must be annoying and loud and all in all a pain in the ass.

It's ok calm down. I personally would never do it but it is cool looking up and seeing all glass. It has a nice bronze tint to it.

why does everything have to be so extreme? we shouldn't like something because it's JDM, but on the same token we shouldn't dislike something for being JDM either. I think it looks ------- good, period. has nothing to do with the fact that it's JDM. sometimes i think we're almost as bad as they are.

I think I'm with a lot of guys when I say: JDM parts isnt my thing. However I don't sit around all day pulling my hair out about it like some people do. If people wanna dress up their EF/EG/EK/Whatever.. so be it.
Its like trying to run into a shoe store and yell at someone to buy Puma, not Adidas. I personally think my two EG Civic(s) are econoshitboxes and short of having them dipped in platinum.. that will never change. JDM woman are kinda eleet tho sometimes. |

damn, i looked at all his other items, he's got some pretty good ----. the "jdm" scene has taken over the rice scene around here. now there are mad x-ricers turned jdm ricers. they have the "jdm parts" stickers and ---- like that. i'm like, ummmmm.... you converted from rice to jdm and you were cool for a second, but then you over did the jdm thing too, so now you're rice again, just a different flavor of rice. ------- idiots is all i have to say. if you bring your car up to jdm spec, nothing more, nothing less, that's cool in my book, but if you start throwing on other "extra" ---- and jdm stickers, you're ------- gay. honda tech is gay too, i wish they would all die. sorry about the rant, i don't know where that came from, but all the "jdm ricers" around here, all they do is talk about honda tech, and they don't know the first thing about an engine, they're always talking about how they're car is in the shop getting the new "jdm" seat fart absorber (with sticker) and that's the "finishing touches" for the "jdm" conversion............... :P :P :P

i'm waiting like another year or so, then i'm bringing rice back in full force. my car will be the most rediculously rice car ever, and i'll laugh cause everyone else will have a bomex kit and spoon master cylinder covers

the thing is, i can afford them, i just don't want them. i know a lot of the oem jdm stuff is nice, that's why i said, "if you bring your car up to jdm spec, that's is nice", but the kids around here are going to the jdm "xtreme" keep in mind that anything manufactured in japan is considered "jdm", not just the oem honda parts, but the buddy club body kits, the spoon reservoir covers ::), etc. i'll try and find the local ricer/jdmers today and take some pics (just got a new sony camera, with video and sound also ;D), but i will have to roll my xterra as to not be to obvious, so don't laugh when you see a big yellow hood in the picture also ;D
