my D16Z is about to go, and another one is way more expensive that a JDM D15B. All the yards I go to want like 900 bucks for another D16Z. I can get a D15B for like 600 from the import shops and probably cheaper if I had one delivered to my garage. Anyone know of any performance ---- for the D15? Cams, head swaps? anything? should I spend the 600 bucks and rebuild my D16? hummmmm......

What is ur goal/plan? If ur just gonna do an hmt boost set up.. Get a d16 or d15 for like 100 - 200$. Then just boost it.. No doubt that either of those motors can make you plenty of power. And when i say d15 i mean d15b2 or b7 not even the vtec one.. You can still make plenty of power.
I wouldnt waste the time or $ on a rebuild unless ur going all out

I would probably put a small boost set up on it. I would also like to try the ITB set up like the one they built on this site. (either one) Its something totally new that Ive seen unless you wanna spend the G's. Also, I just wanted the JDM D15B cause its not seen to often. It would make for some fun. Something new to play with. hummmm
