Bailey's Irish Cream/Jameson Whiskey shot dropped in a glass of Guiness. Tastes like chocolate, gets you hammered. Gotta use good whiskey though. Doesn't taste so well with cheap Old Crow stuff. Drink it fast, because the Bailey's will curdle.

ok then..irish car bomb...

1 pint Guinness
1 oz Jamison
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream

Pour Guiness into a glass. Float Baileys on top of Jamison in shot glass. Drop shot glass, carefully, into Guiness. Drink quickly before it curdles. repeat as needed.

your supposed to light the shot on fire. hence the" Irish Car Bomb" Myself being Irish i used to love them. But now everone and there mother does them so i just buy a 30 rack and drink alone at my house :'(

That only works if you put some high proof stuff on the top like 151, etc.

Flaming Lemon Drop is good.

1 1/2 shots lemon vodka (whatever you like)
1 slice lemon
sugar
151

Pour absolut citron into a shot glass.
Place lemon slice flat on the rim of the shot glass, put some sugar on the slice and soak the sugar with 151.
Just before drinking, ignite the 151 soaked sugar.
Blow the flame out when it caramelizes the sugar.
Lick the sugar off the lemon, down the shot, and bite the lemon to get the juice.

1: part Fire 1o1 or hot damn
and about 10% maby less tabasco or hoter sauce.
