I didn't watch the vid, but fyi most people do have a "chip" of sorts that's almost always with them that can be tracked. It's called your cell phone. And just because you don't have the GPS turned on still doesn't mean it can't be tracked. Only way to avoid that is to turn off the phone.

I don't think rfid chips are in our near future, but when it comes to the government they are power hungry ------s. I wouldn't put it past them. Look at all the electronic ---- in the arena of tracking consumer spending. They know exactly what sells, when, how, who's buying it and all that. Even IF they only use it to maximize profits, it's invasive.
Other than my cell phone, I reject anything to do with gps, tracking, mailing lists, credit monitoring, or any of that other bullshit. If I die in a car crash where onstar could have saved me, remember these last words....Go ---- Yourself.
