yeah bought a set of srp 9:1 pistons with race engineering rings and some crower econo billet rods for my mini me. costed me 50 extra cause the guy ron from race engineering said the new batch of eagle rods for d series were flawed and that they were sending all of theres back to eagle and he wouldnt sell me a set saying they were unreliable. something with the new design and a larger rod bolt not working well.

just thought you guys would like to know.

That could mean anything. People lie about ---- when they want to sell a certain brand or make a little more money, or have over-stock. Email Eagle to see whats going on. I don't know why all of a sudden they would be bad. It's not like they changed them or anything. $0.02
