2160 ft lbs of torque at 7.2 leiters? holy ----.. but it says its "estamated" so who knows.

I have been reading the whole thing bit by bit and it does sound quite interesting as displacement is easily changed etc.I wonder why though if it is a great design, how come it's not in use?
