Smile which intercooler size?

I have a 1997 Toyota RAV4 with the 3SFE engine. Which intercooler will be best suited for this engine? This is my MAP, a .57. My engine is a 2.0, 1998cc, twin cam, single gear. Not much, but, close to retirement, what the hell. I would like to do at least 250HP, right now it has about 97HP. The cooler will be installed in the front BoMex spoiler. Can anyone give me any advice?

For something that's using production bodywork and radiator core supports, my usual recommendation is to just shove as much intercooler as will physically fit into the space ahead of the radiator; you'll run out of space to install the cooler before it gets large enough to induce significant lag. A too-big intercooler is generally only something you're likely to encounter if you are using a tube chassis or a trunk mounted radiator.
