do the d16a1/DOHC ZC. there isnt realy any source for thoes, the ones I seen cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
If u want I can drop off a manifold for you to work off of

isnt the a1 intake flange the same as all other d series?

Nope, they're different. The exhaust side is the same, except the ports are shifted vertically 3.27 ---- hairs.

oh, i stay away from dual cams. one is enough to keep up with for me. lol

how about a 7mgte supra in stainless? I guess thats asking a bit much..

but if i gave you a gasket, could you do it? I suppose i could drawl it in CAD for you. Which version do you have? What do you use to run your mill- maybe i could just give you a mastercam file instead... and get one for real cheap O0 But then i guess you would be trusting your machine to me :X

cad works fine. mastercam 7, 8 or 9 works... or iges, dxf, dwg and a few others work fine too. i can do it in stainless if you want, but the price is about 4 times that of mild steel. these are laser cut, not machined. you can email the cad to weirtech@cogeco.ca

i see.. a cad file would be best then. Ill get working on that. I suppose we will opt for mild steel.

Can anyone send me the CAD files of the D-series flanges?
Intake for D16A1 and standard D exhaust.
I wanna try my hand at manifold design.
