I don't think he even knows I tried to get into his office, and I ended up going to the ER anyways. I'm going to a completely different doctor/ medical center for a 2nd opinion / follow up.
I'm not sure if the CRX will be written off or not, the body shop I took it to is one that works closely with my insurance company and they quoted me $2700 to fix it with brand new parts. They said they were waiting to hear back from some junkyards.
I still haven't heard back from the insurance company when they said they'd call me back the same day 2 days ago. I'm getting pissed.

Just got off the phone with the insurance company, I've got a check in the mail for a rental car to cover a rental car since the day after the accident until about a week from now. They also said that an adjuster will be out to look at my car within 24-48 hours.
I also let them know about what the hospital said about my neck injury and that I'm going to another doctor. If they decide to total my car and don't want to give me what I want out of it...that's when I'll get an attourney.
