the kicking and the hitting doesnt work so im going to try it on another honda civic. hopefully its just a fuse or relay.....

usually the fuse for the dash lights is the same one as your parking/running lights.

the park and runing lights work so its not that. i just check the cluster with my wifes civic and it works so its iether a fuse or the relay. i check all the fuses and they are all good. do you guys know where the relay would be located...

pin point your problem by takeing ur cluster out, check for voltage on the corrsponding pin at the plug.

there wont be a relay for the cluster since there is hardly any curent draw to light it up. could be your headlight switch. all of the lights dont run from one power lead off of the switch. there are more than one.

well hear it is . i check the fuses and one was burned. i change it and turn my lights on the dim switch started to smoke. so i checked the wireing and it look like all is connected right so what do you guys think it is?

sounds like it's grounding somewhere, sounds like a wiring nightmare
