Slowly walked to my bed an hour later (felt slow and heavy for some odd reason) and passed out early. Great sleep.

I usually just stay up late and deal with the lack of sleep (am pretty used to it) but it's friday and I wanted to make sure I was well-rested. You can cut out the alcohol and medicinal herb and the pills should still knock you on your ass.

Um in all truthfulness. the herbals are good for lots of things. general aches and pains upset stomach, headaches, restlessness. I feel as fi things are cool in moderation and self medicating is cool to a degree. remeber danno he gave us seed bearing plants and herbs to use :y
