Not to be rude to the new guys, but what's with the increase of newb's selling stuff in the classifieds with only 1-25 posts? This is crazy!!!

dude i remember when i first sighned up on HMT, and there where like 20 users online at the most daily... now theres like 80+ users online daily. not even including the people browsing.

how about
1-25 posts = 65% discount
25-50 posts = 55% discount
50-75 posts = 45% discount
75-100 posts = 35% off
100+ posts = 25% off

Yup... I'm sure if they are trying to sell stuff right away on here they are doing the same on other sites...

They will soon learn that HMT is a home for cheap bastards that refuse to pay regular prices ;D

And they will go away and continue to get better prices for their ---- on other sites... problem solved!

I'm a newb... but lurked for a while before I opened my mouth to avoid going home crying to mommy. Like someone said, don't buy their stuff. Whatever happen to vouches anyway???

I'm not saying I was going to buy from them but I was scanning the Classified and the first 5 I looked at where from newbs. As soon as I saw how many posts they had I backed out and went on with my surfing.

Technically I'm a newb to the forum but I've been researching/ planning from the site for like 6 months. But ya signing up to just sell stuff is gay. Thats what EBAY is for!!!!

The more newbs the better, we are not having problems with new users scamming members. If you look at the classified ban list its all senior members who are having problems with selling stuff, so a "post limit" really shouldnt be enforced at all.
