Exactly. The kid was in there with his father, so I'm sure it wasn't hard to find him. He was there for eluding an officer, not for attempting to elude :P

True true. That's why a neighbor of mine at my old house used to run around with old plates he'd find at the junkyard. If he ran and they got his license, it wasnt his.

If that looked like two car lengths to him he doesn't need a gun

Don't they have to prove it was you driving?

If the kid got a lawyer, I'm sure he could fight it. I dont know all the details of it, but it's a 16 yr old driving a new STI. I don't think a fine was a big concern.

Well in california they still have the 5.0 mustang highway patrol cars so thats hell alot better than the grandma car they usually sport

Street bike is your best bet against a cop. I still remember a high speed chase years ago down in the LA area the guy gave up and just parked his bike and laid down on the ground for almost a good 2 minutes before a cop car even showed up pretty funny hearing the news chopter guys saying the police are on their way

---- a 5.0 chp, havent seen one of those in years, I'd hate to be chased by a b4c CHP, although they do handle like ***.

maybe he means the 2 second rule not 2 car lengths
lol i love how the civic kept away with 3 ppl in the car and the cops like we wait for him to make a mistake and catch up and he never can
ya right catching up to a professional driver in a crappier car
